When you take the Perfect Racket quiz, we collect the answers you give us. That includes your name, email address, age range, NTRP level, grip size, current racket, budget, play style, play frequency, swing speed, priorities, goals, pain history, injury history, and string preferences. We also store the racket, string, and tension recommendations we generate for you.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how people use the site. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It records aggregated information like the country your visit came from, the device type you used, and which pages you viewed. It does not track you across sites and does not build a profile on you.
Our forms are hosted by Netlify, which receives your submission and may log the IP address it was sent from for spam prevention.
Perfect Racket does not sell your personal information to anyone. We share information with the following third parties only as needed to operate the service:
Quiz submission data is retained indefinitely so we can improve the algorithm over time. If you ask us to delete your information, we will. See your rights below.

Perfect Racket itself does not set tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics, the analytics service we use, does not use cookies. Tennis Express, when you click through to their site, may set cookies, including a discount code cookie tied to our affiliate relationship. Those cookies are controlled by Tennis Express and governed by their privacy policy.
Perfect Racket is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be announced on the homepage or by email if you have one on file with us.
