This privacy policy explains what information Perfect Racket collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what your rights are. We try to keep this short and readable. If you have a question that isn't answered here, contact us at the email at the bottom of the page.
When you take the Perfect Racket quiz, we collect the answers you give us. That includes your name, email address, age range, NTRP level, grip size, current racket, budget, play style, play frequency, swing speed, priorities, goals, pain history, injury history, and string preferences. We also store the racket, string, and tension recommendations we generate for you.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how people use the site. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It records aggregated information like the country your visit came from, the device type you used, and which pages you viewed. It does not track you across sites and does not build a profile on you.
Our forms are hosted by Netlify, which receives your submission and may log the IP address it was sent from for spam prevention.
Some of what the Arm Health Fit asks — where you hurt, how severe it is, past injuries, and whether you are doing anything to manage them — is health-related information. We treat it carefully.
We collect it for one reason: to weight your fitting toward equipment that is gentler on your body. We do not use it for advertising, and we never share it with retailers or manufacturers in any form that could identify you. Any research we publish uses only aggregated, de-identified figures.
Of these questions, only the severity one is required. Where you hurt, your past injuries, and how you are managing them are all optional. And if you would rather not share any of it, choose Performance Fit instead — it skips these questions entirely and still gives you a complete fitting.
Perfect Racket does not sell your personal information to anyone. We share information with the following third parties only as needed to operate the service:
Perfect Racket is operated from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there — by us and by the service providers listed above. If you are visiting from outside the United States, submitting the quiz means your information is transferred to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
We may combine quiz responses into aggregated, de-identified datasets and insights — for example, which racket characteristics players at a given level prefer, or how equipment choices relate to reported arm comfort across many players. This data has all identifying information removed: it never includes your name, your email address, or your individual responses in any form that could reasonably be linked back to you.
We may use, publish, share, or license these aggregated, de-identified insights — including with equipment manufacturers, retailers, researchers, and other industry partners, and in published reports. Because this data cannot identify you, it is not personal information, and sharing it does not conflict with our commitment above: we do not sell your personal information, and your individual, identifiable quiz responses are never shared or licensed to anyone.
We keep quiz submissions for as long as we operate Perfect Racket, so the fitting engine keeps improving over time. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will. See your rights below.

Perfect Racket itself does not set tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics, the analytics service we use, does not use cookies. Tennis Express, when you click through to their site, may set cookies, including a discount code cookie tied to our affiliate relationship. Those cookies are controlled by Tennis Express and governed by their privacy policy.
Perfect Racket is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
If Perfect Racket is acquired by or merges with another company, or its assets are sold, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will post notice here before that happens. If the new owner's privacy practices differ materially from this policy, you will be given notice and the opportunity to delete your information first.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be announced on the homepage or by email if you have one on file with us.
